He is an American national born on November 10, 1992 in Chula Vista, CA, United States. His birth name is Abraham Laguna, but there is no other information about his family background or the identity of his parents and siblings. Reports, however, say that his father has played as a bassist in the past.
He is an alumnus of a community college where he started producing electronic dance tracks in his early twenties. At first he went with the Leisure moniker, Laguna, attracting huge followings for his original and energetic house music.
